Cotswolds-based Toby Baggott, Sam Lawson-King and Bridget Stott are all highly experienced event planners. Art school trained, Toby went on to create incredible Cotswolds events, parties and weddings, but the first Covid lockdown saw him look for an alternative career and together with fellow school friend, gin maker, wine and spirits professional and hospitality specialist, Sam Lawson-King, opened the UK’s first socially distanced dining experience, The Scenic Supper, within seven re-conditioned glasshouses on a hilltop.
The Scenic Supper rapidly became the local must go dining venue with its incredible views, outstanding fine dining menus and exceptional cocktails, all served in a field on a Cotswolds farm from July 2020. Following on from their success, Sam and Toby opened at Todenham Manor Farm near Moreton-in-Marsh for 2021 and again this site was very well supported.
Joining the team, former travel and design writer, experienced event and wedding planner and freelance PR consultant, Bridget Stott. Bridget has worked in PR for 20 years and has been involved in the planning and managing of events, press trips, launches and parties since 2001. Bridget launched her own wedding and event planners, Piece of Cake, in 2010, using her extensive event-planning experience to create glamorous, bespoke parties, events and weddings in the Cotswolds region and beyond.
